Rental Agreement
Terms, Conditions, Rules & Regulations
Rental Agreement
→ Fifty percent (50%) down payment is required for the official reservation at the time of booking
→ Full payment should be given upon check-in
→ All reservations are Final.(Non Refundable/Non Rebookable)
→ The guest should be aware of their check-in and check-out time. Please give our staff ample time to clean the rooms and surroundings for our next guest checking in to the resort
→ Damage and loss of items will be paid for by the renting party
→ The space is available as early as 7am, and closes at 10PM (unless staying overnight)
→ Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations
→ During natural calamities and extreme weather conditions, rebooking, rescheduling and refund options will be available
Security
Security deposint is required and will be refunded upon checkout, provided no damages are found or missing items reported.
For further security, the following are not allowed within the premises:
→ Guards may ask for your ID upon entering the village
→ No street parking. All parkings must be coordinated with the venue. The village offers pay parking in front of the Bay Garden
→ Free parking slots are provided depending on your package. The management is not liable for loss / damage on your vehicle and its content during your entire stay
→ Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed to enter
→ Drugs, Guns, and weapons of any type are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
→ We try to operate in a safe environment; the management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. Guests will use all facilities included in our package at their own risk.
Safety
→ The management is not responsible for any accident, injury, insect or animal bites, or lost items during the entire stay.
→ Keep in mind that wet floors are slippery and cracked tiles are sharp.
→ Insects, flies and ants occur naturally on tropical settings. We try to keep our space clean, but there might be some insects in the venue depending on the season.
→ This establishment is equipped with 24 hours CCTV camera. Violators will be apprehended.
→ The resort deserves the right to amend or change rules without prior notice for the resort's reservation, safety, control, and orderly operation.
Pool Rules
→ No towels provided for hygiene and safety. Please bring your own towel
→ Minors are not allowed to enter without an ADULT. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted to minors
→ All kids must be supervised when swimming
→ All guests must shower before entering the pool. Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs, or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool.
→ Spitting, spouting, or nose-blowing and urinating in the pool IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
→ There will be no lifeguards on duty. Safety of everyone is the responsibility of the renting guest
→ No towels provided for hygiene and safety. Please bring your own towel
→ Strictly No running, diving, or horse playing around the pool area
Kitchen Guidelines
→ All items inside the space are washed and sanitizer. But please bring extra disinfectants / alcohol for your own use
→ Mini kitchen is equipped with basic tools - induction stove, microwave, water heater, and water dispenser
→ For hygiene purposes, please bring your own utensils and cups
→ Drinking water (hot / cold) will be provided through the water dispenser
Music & Noise
→ Please keep volume of music in moderation throughout the day.
→ No loud music / noises after 10PM in accordance with the village na barangay regulations
→ Use of karaoke is only available until 10PM
Housekeeping
→ NO SMOKING within the entire venue. There is a designated smoking area.
→ Please dispose your trash properly. There sre trash bins provided around the venue
→ No Vandalizing
→. Decorations & Setups:
→ If you plan to have decorations, please submit details to us ahead of time for prior approval.
→ No tapes will be allowed on any walls or structures. We can provide you with rods and frames for your decors.
Pet Policy
→ We are a pet-friendly space. You may bring your pets provided they wear diapers / or you have to clean after your pets
→ All big pets must be kept on a leash
→ Please send your pet vaccination cards ahead of your checkin date. No vax records, no entry for pets
→ We are not liable for any injuries of or caused by pets, and loss of pets
